Sound Bath Meditation

Description: This sounds intimidating, but we promise it's not. A sound bath is a less common, but even more impactful form of meditation. Suitable for all levels, including those who have never meditated before!

Guided Yoga

Type: Group format.

Description: Our instructors specialize in hatha and yin / restorative yoga.

Reiki

Type: Individual (1-1).

Duration: 75 minutes

Description: Transparently, we haven't yet tried this ourselves! However, from what we've learned, it's an alternative health technique that targets mood, anxiety, and physical pain conditions. Think acupuncture, but without any needles!

Pilates

We recommend using a guided peloton pilates workout (just rotate the screen in our gym) for on site guided pilates. And if you feel like going off property, we recommend trying out The Studio PEC (on Picton Main St, 10 minutes from LBV) for reformer pilates!
